Highways England is looking for a Senior Structures Advisor to join the Policy Team within the Structures Technical & Engineering Groups based from any of our major offices on a permanent basis. The SES directorate supports our operational delivery by developing standards and providing specialist technical services and advice to the wider business. As part of this directorate, the Structures Technical & Engineering Groups take the lead on setting the policy for the development and management of highway structures and are responsible for the technical governance of structural assets, contributing to Highways England best practice on design, construction, management and maintenance.
